Ryanair - Only 1 seats left at this fare

Hi,

Trying to book a flight with Ryanair and get the following message:

Only 1 seats left at this fare

Does this mean the flight only has one seat, or if I buy this ticket, the cost is restored to its usual amount (it's only 10% off so not the end of the world)?

Someone may come along & correct me but I think it's just that fare - not that there is only one seat left. Why not put in a search for more than one seat? That should reveal the answer.
  • bcl999 is right. There are more seats left on the flight, but once this one seat has been sold at the fare showing, the price will go up.
  • with ryanair, the prices changes frequently anyway. my advice pay a price you are happy with, and don't look again at the price for at least a month

Yup its one left at that price.

You could have found out by trying to purchase two tickets, obviously stopping before the paying bit

There seems to be an echo in here. See post 2.

I think the way it works is as follows, you take 200 seats on a plane and divide them into blocks of 50,ie 4 blocks
Then advertise the first block of 50 at a reduced price ie
    "A loss leader"
Once these are sold the price goes up for the next 50 and so on until the person or person's booking at the last minute subsidises the cheap fares
    Hope this makes sense
