IT DOES NOT SAY IN T&C ANYTHING ABOUT RESTRICTED TO WATFORD. TIE RACK IS IN THE FORM OF A VOUCHER, SO SHOULD BE ABLE TO SPEND ANYWHERE. OFFICE SHOES TEXT SAYS SPEND AT WATFORD, BUT FRENCH CONNECTION DOESN'T
