Winners will be picked at random under independent supervision and notified by phone within one week of the closing date. If any winner cannot be contacted by 17:30 on 21 April 2011 to verbally accept their prize, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award that prize to a reserve selected at the same time as the original. 30 names will be picked at random in total, the first 10 will be considered the original winners and will be contacted first. The remaining 20 are the reserves and will be contacted in the order they were drawn.
9. There are 10 prizes to be won. Each prize is for 2 people - the winner and a guest. The prize package (the ?Prize?) will take place on either 11-13th May 2011 or 13-15th May 2011 depending on availability and will be decided by the Promoter.

10. The Prize will consist of the following: - Return flights from a UK airport to Nice (or Marseille depending on availability of flights at time of booking) - Return transfers from Nice or Marseille airport to Cannes - 2 night?s full board stay at the five star Carlton hotel - Tickets to exclusive film screenings - Access to the Stella Artois area of Carlton beach - Passes for VIP parties

11. All winners and guests must be of minimum legal UK drinking age and at least 18 years of age or over, need to hold a valid passport and arrange their own travel insurance.

12. Please note UK airport transfers are not included and are the sole responsibility of the prize winners and guests.

13. The Prize letter and a contact details form will be sent via recorded delivery post once the winner has responded to confirmation of their win. The winner must accept responsibility for re-arranging delivery or collection of the Prize letter from the Post Office if there is no reply when the delivery takes place. The winner will need to return their form via post, email or fax by 24 April 2011.

14. The winners agree to participate in unpaid promotional activities as requested by the Promoter.

15. There are no cash or other alternative prizes available and unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter, the Prizes will only be awarded directly to the winners.
