Hi, Please help on this situation, my employer has informed me that next saturday i HAVE to attend a 1 day course. I asked would i get paid (only work mon - fri) and manager rudely replied no. This all ended in a row and me telling my manager to f-off. I have now heard the manager has made a formal complain about me…

yes, but it would be better if the OP can avoid it becoming a disciplinary meeting, by apologising profusely for lapse in otherwise good character. Once it is a disciplinary, I fear the writing might be on the wall for some kind of action, given he has admitted it ,it's unambiguous what happened
