Stonechips on Toyota Corolla Verso 2008
We have driven plenty of different cars but this one totally takes the biscuit!! Same driving as any other car but the number of stone chips on the front is ridiculous - has anyone else this problem - we are wondering if it is 'softer' paint ??.
Spoke to Toyota Garage and they say it is just stone chips and he has never known any toyota to ever have been recalled due to a problem with the paint!! - also around the door handles the paint is coming off
.
Any suggestions welcome before DH has complete fit

Toyota's, Honda's etc do have softer paint on them to be honest.
Though cars today are very smooth and curvy, where as years ago they were like a pointy brick and just got chips in certain places.
BMW 3 Series are a nightmare for getting chips on the leading edge of the front wheel arches. Beetles/TT's too. New shape Civics get blasted with them cos of the shape of the front end!0
