I bought a 'deal' for a cheap hair cut from last minute for £10. It was supposed to be valued at £25.
If you cant be bothered to read on then suffice to say it is a long process and there is no £10 hair cut at the end of it! I think they make their money from people not being bothered to claim a refund.
I bought this deal on 16th Dec 2010.
I had to wait for a voucher in the post.
Then complete my details (which they have already got from when I booked online) and send the completed voucher to a different address.
Once the company has received the completed voucher they then call you to book you in.
I was told that there was nowhere suitable for me to have the hair cut and would i like a photographic session or beauty treatment instead. (I wasn't given the option to travel to get the hair cut- there was just 'none available anywhere')
I told them I didn't want an alternative and i would like the money back please.
I was given a number to call to claim my refund.
I was told by the 2nd number that i had to call the 1st number and they have to send me the original voucher back.
When i receive the original voucher i then need to send to the second address.
This is where i am at now (April 2011) so 4 months on from originally buying the voucher!
In short...it's really not worth the hassle!

Stay clear of the HAIR GROUP its a con. Ive had problems in the past with them, where they say they have a salon in your area, so I brought one then when I rang up to book they told me there isnt one in my area even though it says it on the web site there is. So anyone thinking of buying one please please dont. There has been a number of forums on this topic too.0
