nice house but council housing nearby . .

    I would advise to drive past at different times of the day and night and see what is happening

    I lived in an ex council house for a few years and it was a lovely area, no problem neighbours and houses were all well kept.

    There was a homes search programme on recently where the couple saw lovely house in Walberton, Sussex and it was a beautiful barn type prop but when you came out the drive it was surrounded by council housing and they didn't buy it.

    I agree there's CH and CH but if you ever intend to sell that house you need to consider whether it would put other people off buying from you aswell.
