Problems with superbikesmanchester.co.uk

I ordered a number of alpine stars tshirts (Totaling £75! + £5 P&P!) from the superbikesmanchester.co.uk website a week last Thursday so the 31st of March.
The website says delivered by courier in 3-4 days. Well its no been 8 full working days at least and as far as I can tell they havent been dispatched yet. I phoned them ast Thursday and they said theyd be dispatched tommorow and would be with me by Monday at the latest, but he was very rude.
Now the main website is down, but if you click on google search you can see some parts of the website. The number also just rings and rings without being answered and I tried yesterday evening and all day today. Also emails I have sent havent been answered at all.
What can i do? Paid by debit card and they have taken payment.
