• There are seven prizes of equal value: The 7 lucky winners will each receive a holiday to Ibiza for 3 adults (winner plus 2 guests) aged 18 or over at the time of travel. The holiday includes: return economy flights from London and a selection of regional airports, airport taxes & fuel surcharges, 7 nights at Ibiza Rocks Hotel in a triple room breakfast daily, entry to the Ibiza Rocks Event (this happens every Wednesday & includes gig tickets & access to the official Ibiza Rocks After Show Party at Es Paradis), £300 spending money for the winner, A dedicated Prize Winner Manager, ATOL & ABTA travel bonding protection. The prizes do not include transport to and from the winner's place of residence to the airport, which shall be the responsibility of the winner and his/her guests. The prizes do not include travel insurance. The winner and his/her guests are responsible for their passport, visa and other entry requirements. The prizes must be taken by end of September 2012 and may not be taken at the time of the closing party at Ibiza Rocks for 2011 (21/09/2011) or over the opening or closing parties at Ibiza Rocks for 2012 (dates still to be confirmed).

• Winners must claim their prize within 28 days of the notification to receive a personalised letter and itinerary confirming the full details. If any Prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with the promotion rules.
• The prizes are not transferable. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes (in whole or in part) for alternative prizes of equal or greater value. There is no cash alternative.

• The winners and runners-up may be required to participate in publicity arising from this Promotion.
