I'm not 100% re the distance

From here I think it is 984 miles,although that is Airport to Airport.I think the airport is about 8 miles outside Ibiza town

The straight line distance between Cranwell and Ibiza / Es Codola is approximately 984 miles or 1583 kilometers.
Just measured with this & the total is 982.567miles

I've just measured from the centre of Cranwell base to the centre of Eivissa (Ibiza town) & get it as 980.966 miles

ETA: Just remeasured from the Station HQ Cranwell to approx Town Hall area of Ibiza town & it comes out as 981.380 miles
Any ideas more?

981.38 miles from this website here
I used the "distance measuring tool" on google maps and got 980.986 miles.

As this is daily and the answer isn't 100%...why not try several answers covering a range ?

I guess only those correct answers (to the nearest mile) by email will be included. However, every text entry will be included in the draw as no answer is required of these. So a modest number of correct email entries should be up against a mass of text entries...?

I see where you are coming from but at least the emails are free :-)
There's always a chance so I think "pointless" may be overegging it slightly.
