The Britannia Canary Wharf is lovely.

The Britannia Newcastle Airport is vile and I am sure it has bedbugs as i itched and scratched all night long.

    The Britannia Birmingham is awful.

    HTH!

I'll second that - and I used to work there :o

I like the Liverpool one - did a lot of training there - and found that the more 'country house' they were the nicer they were.

Ive stayed in the liverpool adelphi, manchester sachas and manchester central twice and they've all been fab, very clean rooms and lovely staff. The rooms could do with a bit of updating but thats no major issue :)
