IVA and pension

Hello,
I recently entered into an agreement (as you may know J)
I am self employed and the monthly payments were based on a projected wage from the company.
In the projections for the company there was a figure taken out for my pension as a director. This figure was based on a projection from a financial advisor, it looks like the contribution will have to increase marginally, which isn’t a problem as the forecasted profits for the company have also marginally gone up. This doesn’t affect my gross or net pay, will this impact my IVA?
