    hiya all, just an update. the house was up with 1 estate agent for £99.500, we offered the bank 65k and they said no. the morgege was only for 45k. we fort it had been sold. so yest i went and asked the woman that was in it if she had bought it, and she said no im just an estate agent etc. So i foned the agents at 4pm askin how mush it was up for and quest what its goin up for 65k. i said straight away we'll give that much. So we have an apiontment with their morgage advise 2moro. i cant wait.
    savings for 2012.. New year new me.. Going to save save save... and not spend spend spend. :rotfl:

    Well that's positive!

    You need to see an independent, whole of market mortgage broker in order to get the best deal. Check whether the EAs mortgage broker is this, otherwise they are limited to what they can offer you. You need someone that can check every mortgage out there for the cheapest one.

    Try and get a personal recommendation, or you can find an IFA that deals in mortgages at https://www.unbiased.co.uk or you could ask for some help on the mortgage board here :) Lots of knowledgable people over there.

    I'm terribly dyslexic, and computers transformed my ability to write to a least a decent standard.

    May I suggest downloading a toolbar spellchecker, it will really help a great deal.
