  • yes i am seriously thinking about this, all Scottish power seem to worry about is their mega bucks takeover. now we have a foreigner take over, what does it mean for the customers

    Means "business as usual"

    Any price changes will be notified well ina dvance, and since the whole energy market is heavily regulated, you should not be over concerned about price changes, as they know everyone will just change.

    I believe new name is Iberdrola, but a takeover is 6 months away,
    only at bidding stage currently.

    Not unless you're a customer and a shareholder.

    Your only option is to change supplier.
