Statements for Credit Card with Bank?

Hiya,

I received statements for current accounts for HSBC and Halifax a while ago, however I have not received statements for Credit Cards which I held with them. Does this have to be requested seperately? I though the SAR was for ALL accounts with that bank? Any ideas?

Generally banks have seperate departments for credit accounts. Unless you specified the account numbers in the request, they probably won't be bothered checking if you have other accounts. You will most likely have to ask again.

And pay another £10?

They may be seperate entities under the Data Protection Act. You need to check with the bank concerned. If you want your £10 back, you could add it to the claim if you feel lucky.
