How to find investors to buy flat?

Hello,
Recently had my flat on the market and the an offer accepted, found my ideal place to live, had an offer accepted - mortgage approved.
Buyer suddenly pulls out and do not want to loose the property I have seen.
Has anybody had experience of finding investors for flat, or used one of those quick sale website companies?
Thanks.

Quick sale places (generally) get the quick sale you want but they normally look for 25%(ish) off market value.0 -
Can be as low as 60% of what you wanted once everything's included.
Ask your EA (presuming you're using one) if they have any investors who might be interested.
How far down the line are you? A lot of sellers would hang on for a while to see if you can find another buyer.
If you lose it, you lose it. Tough at the time, but something else will come along... and, in my experience, these things happen for a reason. We were in the same boat and lost the house we were buying. Found a much better, cheaper one and are so happy with it!

Thanks Guys.
Just stressing at the moment.0 -
Talk to your EA, they may have contacts.
Knock 5% off, to attract attention..? Better than giving away 20%+.Act in haste, repent at leisure.

Just drop the price until somebody buys it.0
