Leaking outdoor pipes. Plumber or builder?

Hi,
Possibly a stupid question but I don't know who to phone for this job.
I have 2 leaking outdoor pipes. One coming from my kitchen sink and the other from the downstairs toilet sink.
Now I need to get them repaired quickly as water is dripping out of them quite heavily. Should I call a plumber or builder.
Thanks

Two outdoor pipes? I presume these are the waste pipes from the sinks you are talking about? Are you sure they haven't just slipped out of their connections and need pushing back in?
A builder, handyman, plumber, any general diy person should be able to solve this for you.0 -

Thanks for the advice everyone. They're not made of plastic and have cracks in them. Handyman/plumber it is then!0 -
