Ordered a Grobag (baby sleeping bag) and a Buggyboard on 20 September from https://www.twoleftfeet.co.uk. At no point during the order process did they say the items were out of stock. 6 weeks later and following many unanswered emails I cancelled the order for the grobag as it was for 0-6 months and we had lost 6 weeks use of it. No problems got the amount refunded onto my card.
On 18 October, still no sign of the buggyboard so I cancelled that as well but they still havent re-credited my card, 6 weeks later. You cannot ring them at all, it all has to be done online but they wont reply to any emails. Will never use them again. Can I take this up with trading standards? Does anyone have a contact?
