Hi i've just done a shop for dtd but my dtd was 15.78 so that would be 31.56 but only getting 20 voucher how unfair is that or how do i reclaim the rest or can i take some items back and get a refund and then buy them again - i did split my shopping into 2 and paid seperately.

    thanks

Lets be honest here, Its 0840 here, Most of Mr T marketing staff are walking into their air conditioned offices still rubbing sleepy dust from their eyes.

Celebrating that sales are up in all stores, they once again will be hailing the success of this promotion.

Vouchers dont come in to around lunchtime on a 'normal' day ;)
Clearly they [Tesco] found it hard to make a promise they couldn't keep." Asda Spokesperson.

I say Tesco found it EASY to make promises it still cannot keep.
  • Oh anybody having any doubts have a read here....

Britain's biggest retailer, Tesco, is this week expected to cut through the gloom of the sector by revealing a surge in profits and sales that have smashed through the £60 billion barrier in the past year.
The supermarket giant will report profits growth in the year to February of about ten per cent to £3.7 billion, a figure greater than its three main rivals - Asda, Sainsbury's and Morrisons - combined.

Unconfirmed deal - will buy this morning -

Weetabix Oaty Bars (milk chocolate only)

    Tesco - £1.45 (2 for £2.50)

    Asda - £1

    Buy ONE only.

    DTD: 90p

    Net Cost: 55p

These were confirmed middle of last week as I purchased them after seeing on the Spreadsheet. I bought them thurs and got confimration back on Fri so it still worked then

I agree, when I moved to Leeds I was mystified by by ginnels, worked out chelping and was surprised by "back-to-backs". Mardy I already knew and that's the first time I've heard of "lite".

Didnt know ginnel was a yorkshire word :o
