"unable to find your receipt details" and "Over the £100 limit"
    PROBLEM SOLVED

I accidentally went over the £100 limit because I used my email address for Aunty Mildred’s shopping (silly me). I re-entered the receipt details with Aunty Mildred’s email address and it did not work.

    Then I had an idea.

I entered Aunty Mildred’s email address but when I entered the receipt details I changed the time by 1 minute. I am happy to say I have now received Aunty Mildred’s voucher for £20.00!!!

I tried this again with an 'unable to find your receipt details' receipt and it worked for that too.

Hope this helps some of the people from the end of March when they too accidentally entered their Aunty Mildred’s shopping under the wrong email address.

You may have a problem at the till if an eagle eyed sa spots the difference.

If you make this unfortunate error again, maybe you could change the time by 12 hours rather than 1 minute - we all know that T can't tell the difference between 2.10 and 14.10...

Incidentally, are the SS updaters/others keeping a backup of products that are now price matched/offers on in Tesco etc? I ask as if they match now, when the offer ends it is likely that the DTD will be back on them.

    Good point Anon.
If anyone is keeping track, the Turner Road in T's is due to stop being on offer after 19/4. If ASDA keep their price at £4.06 it will be a good DTD. Need to compare prices on Wednesday.

Wrong wine? Try WB Yellow Label Chardonnay. All confirmed for me. Just checked both stores' websites, prices are as we all expect.

An interesting finding, do you mean it brought the details back immediately or that it processed it again ...

    Many thanks

  • Had a rubbish DTD shop today.

Wanted some Lake District cheese and couldn't find it. I hadn't considered that they wouldn't have it as I've been lucky so far, so had no back up. I must've have looked like a loon, just staring at the cheeses for ages as if I could will some to appear. I eventually decided on some Cadbury Heroes as they are about the same price.
Couldn't find the rubicon for ages, eventually found it in the polish food section, not with the juices.
Got to the till and discovered I was a bit short cash wise for what I'd bought and had to put the princely sum of 0.08p through on my card, all the while praying for it to go through (it's payday tomorrow). As embarrassing as I found it putting 8p through on my card, it would have been much, much worse if that 8p was declined :rotfl:

Fed up of waiting for my voucher from Wednesday! Tried customer services but they are closed. Keep trying my receipt but still says still processing - no email to say I am over the limit - anyone else still waiting?
