It's such a lovely sunny day I'm having to wait in until my washing machine has finished before heading off to Mr T.

All 5 of mine had to be got using the back button 3 times this morning for Fridays, thanks so much for the tip on that, could not face a 2nd day not shopping!!

just a quick question- my varnish pink oki action 1.5kg 12.00 4.00 came back as confirmed today, now just using it- do you NEED to use washing powder as well?

Zaffy meant the icons on the rightside - we normally just clicked it & it pasted for us. Maybe you can try the one on the top with the smilley face (see below) arrow down ( you can only see this when you press "quote" or "reply"

I always print mine out in black and white and have only had a problem once with a male trout who insisted it must be printed in colour and quizzed me about what printer I had used. The supervisor put him right, though, and they accepted it without a problem. It doesn't say it has to be printed in colour so you could always point that out if necessary.
