you need to check the weight as the one you got definitely doesn't weigh 5.213kg it would weigh about 2kg & a bit they seem to have marked some up with the wrong weight but the right price & these are the ones that are coming back N/A

I think you have 28 days to submit a Price Check, then the resulting Voucher will expire the day before the date of the basket, in the following month. For example, a basket bought on 10Apr will have a voucher that expires on 9May. That's what's happening with mine.
