Have been lurking for years but this is my first ever post so please be nice.

Been following this thread and bought some of the DTDs but I fear it is now time to call it a day. Girls and hubby out for the day and instead of enjoying have some (rare) time to myself, I have spent the day on the computer waiting for vouchers to come. Total waste of a day but I can't help myself.

Really feel this DTD may be saving me money but is doing nothing for my stress levels. Always trying to figure out what to buy to maximise voucher, resisting temptation to add one item that I haven't pricechecked beforehand and skulking round my local T hoping the staff won't realise it's my 4th visit in 2 days.

Waiting for two vouchers and after that am not going to do any specific DTD shops. Will keep checking receipts and if I do save a bit great, but if not I know that I have already done well.

Wish the rest of you continued success with DTD.

I totally know what you mean. I really wish it would hurry up and end so I can get my life back, as I cant stop voluntarily. I spend far too long on this forum, too much time thinking about Tesco...I barely go to Boots anymore and I have stopped visiting my local shops. I feel like my world revolves around Tesco.
Please God, help me stop spending!

That's a shame you feel it's taking over your life in what sounds like a negative way.

I think most people here enjoy it. No point in doing it if it makes you like this though. Shame really!

Just picked up my first wombled receipt on the floor by the till today. Set up new email specifically for wombling and then realised that the date on the receipt is last month.

Suspect it could have been used already so not going to risk it. :-(

considering TESCO have said wombling is legal im sure they must realise some could be used again by it...

In work today, suffering withdrawal symptoms big time.. You see, I have a printer back at my student house, but I travel home for the weekend to work, and there is no printer at home.

Noticing my distress, my boss has offered to print out my voucher for me, so she has sent me home on a quick break, so I can forward the voucher email to her husband, who will then bring it into work.

    Hard times.

I set up two new email accounts yesterday @hotmail. Has anybody had any problems with these? I see most people are still waiting for vouchers I put mine in about 2pn yesterday. I'm hoping I got them right especially as I've just taken the beef out and it just melts in your mouth. So desperately hoping I got the right one, the bar code matched but it cost £11+ and I see it says to get one about £9. Anyway fingers crossed they'll be here soon for everyone and again Many thanks to all those doing the hard work with the spread sheets.
  • Oh no total not enough for voucher.......quick run..go find something...come onlook harder...your holding up the ques..just grab something..anything everyones looking....
