    Hiya.

I'm probably being really thick (but then I have had the remaining half a bottle of fiano and am already making in roads into the half bottle of jacobs creek left behind by MIL after having her round for tea tonight.

Also, I haven't been able to check the forum since about 3pm due MIL's presence and having to go to hosp. to see FIL (although not necessarily in that order). I haven't received any vouchers today & just wondered what was going on? Does anyone actually know or are we all speculating?

I'm pretty sure I inputted my receipts to different emails than i got my vouchers from but I have 4 email addys which I use regularly and forget which i've used previously and just input to whichever I happen to type 1st- have I made a serious error here?

If so i guess it was good while it lasted

Me too, must have re-tried it about 20 times now.
me too! tried countless times on my made up emails...no luck yet....keeps saying they're being processed. Of course there is a chance I've got emails and receipts confused!

So you're saying the name of your email address gave the game away?

Look, I didn't want to worry anybody, or come across as scare mongering, I wanted to post my experiences so that people could be more careful with their own DTD shopping and to avoid something similar happening to them.

Lets be honest - the chances of this happening were very slim.

The SA has to have no clue how to use the voucher. The supervisor also has to have no clue how to use the voucher. The supervisor has to ring head office and not only query the number sequence but also mention a payment on the old receipt by DTD voucher. This also then has to be looked in to by HO to find that a voucher for that amount hasn't been issued to the email address held for the voucher being used in store.

Pretty slim, but if this experience helps just one person make sure it doesn't happen to them, then sharing the experience has been worthwhile.
