I have entered my receipt details online but its still processing, do they ever come later? I dont mean emails but has anyone checked online when others have had their vouchers to find no voucher but then received it later.. I hope that makes sense?

My chicken was certainly not 4kg!!!!!! It was 2kg............they seem to be doing this a lot now to kick people's DTD out, it's obviously done on purpose. I feel a phone call to CS coming on, will report back with update.
