In fairness, only a pi=key would find it offensive, surely?
I don't usually get involved in this type of discussion because arguing does none of us any favours.
The word pik-ey can not be used in good nature because it is an offensive term used to describe gypsies or the travelling community. There are good and bad members in all walks of society and it's wrong to judge people you no nothing about, but maybe you know this family personally?
