Tesco/Asda Pricechecker Thread - part 4

Rack of lamb was available in (at least) Maryhill (!) and Rutherglen until a week past Monday when there was a reshuffle of their merchandising - no longer shelf space for it.
I asked the same question a week ago and Scotsgirl replied saying she'd tracked some down to a smallish store in Edinburgh simply called "Tesco Edinburgh". Whether this is still the case I don't know.
As for Whole Leg of Lamb, there were four (Scottish) legs ranging from £18 - £22 in Silverburn last night. Some of the barcodes matched those earlier successful DTD legs posted here yesterday - I don't think the origin (Scottish / Welsh / Irish / English) is determined in the barcode, as the detailed DTD results do not specify, and two of the Scottish Lamb Legs I noted matched earlier posts of successful DTD English lamb legs...
The barcodes have no bearing on if it will DTD match successfully. There seems to be a random error which makes some come back wrong.
As for origin, the Welsh one definately does not work. I got a £5 moneycard from Tesco Customer service because the Welsh one matches incorrectly.0 -

does anyone know of any Tesco stores in Scotland selling the rack of lamb? I've not been able to get it for weeks
We can get them in the Elgin store. Do you want to be a bit more specific about where in Scotland or are you going to travel the country for themA bargain is something you don't need at a price you can't resist0 -
