i would guess that the pricecheck page that you input your receipt details on will be no more or have a message on there saying it's been stopped.

Tesco Operates a Fair use policy on Price Check. As such:

1. The number of Price Check requests is limited to 10 per calendar month per household and the total amount of Price Check Vouchers that can be claimed is limited to £100 per calendar month per household.
2. The maximum value of an individual Price Check Voucher is capped at £20.
3. Only one Price Check Voucher may be redeemed per household per day.

In both the TESCOS I have been shopping in; neither of them have advertising for the double the difference

you can spend a dtd voucher there but you wont be able to use the new one from there after. its somewhere you can go if your killing a recipt.
