Clearly they [Tesco] found it hard to make a promise they couldn't keep." Asda Spokesperson.

I say Tesco found it EASY to make promises it still cannot keep.

I haven't seen any racks of lamb for a while in my store, either they have stopped stocking them or people are grabbing them as soon as they are stocked.

I noticed yesterday the finest pizza had been cleared off the shelves I was really  when I saw that. And only one finest chorizo left. I need to get to my store earlier I think. :rotfl:

In my local Mr T store yesterday, there were no WILKINSON SWORD HYDRO 5 RAZOR, racks of lamb, Lynx or Beef. I was given a little hassel from a CA but nothing I couldn't cope with.

Still, today is a new day, new challenges and DTD bargains to be had.....Yee Ha!!! :j:j:j Bring it on!! :D:D:D

Just catching up with the thread.

I noticed people are looking for other MSE DTD'ers in their local stores. We do ours around the Bournemouth area but haven't seen any others yet......

Also, a quick question. Some peeps on here have downloaded the ss to their phones - genius.

Thing is, I'm old school - I print a paper version (usually about 10 A4 sheets!) and take it with me. I even look at it instore to check stuff, much to the OH's embarrassment. Is it just me who does this.

I'm not scared of getting it out in public!

I make a little (don't get much for a max of £20) hand written list, + 2/3 stand by's just in case, for each visit.
I wouldn't be brave enough to wander round with 10 x A4 page ss in hand. :o

Hi, my name is Jodie, and I'm a DTD addict. I have been clean for 41 hours now. I am starting to feel edgey and restless, don't think I can wait much longer for my next fix. All I think about is DTD, I cant even escape it in my sleep, it has taken over my life... AND I LOVE IT!!!!

I have done it on a few occasions. But I now edit the spreadsheet via excel and I print a list (usually 3 pages) of best bargains. I do set off with my "hit list" but I have the list as a back up if the shelves are empty...
