Not sure - I just tried again and it opens up ok for me - maybe someone else will confirm for you as well.

Sorry if anyone has posted this but just got back from T's and have'nt had time to catch up,but don't want anyone to get caught with this. My OXI 1.5kg self scanned at £3 instead of £12. So went back and bought 4 for the grand total of £12 and paid cash instead of £48:T

Could you have gone to CS desk and got DTD immediatly? what did the SEL state?
