Badger beer is 3 for £4 in Asda and in Tesco they're £1.89 each or 4 for £5. So if I buy 3 from Asda for £4 that'd cost £5.67 in Tesco so £3.37 DTD meaning they've only cost me 63p. But what if I wanted to buy, say, 9 bottles. How does the comparison work then, or am I better only buying in three's? Not sure I've explained myself very well there.......

i am on a cap plan so money is really tight so this has been amazing for me. the things we have to go without are flowing freely in this house. the kids have a freezer full of ice creams, i have toilet fresh discs, decent hand wash and today i bought 2 whole litres of extra virgin olive oil! we certailny feel rich right now.
thanks for sharing all that you have bought. it has been fab. getting a buzz tool..
can i just ask? too many posts to trawl through. what is wombling?

find a receipt on the floor/left behind etc.

enter it on the tesco price check website.

wait for the result! (and hopefully, a voucher!)

Wombling..... The act of finding a receipt on the bin or floor and entering on the pricecheck website in the hope of getting a few[STRIKE] pence[/STRIKE] pounds.

omg, i went to mr t (glynde gap)with teenager son. he was helpful in collecting up the shopping. but i nearly died when we went to the checkouts.when choosing a checkout he said in a rather loud voice, "not this one mum it has a TESCO TROUT on it".

Has anyone who hasn’t used a clubcard received a voucher please(today or yesterday)?
I think Mr Tesco had decided to stop emailing vouchers if a clubcard hasn’t been scanned.

I have now received my 2 other vouchers even though I didn't use my clubcard.Relieved!!!!

in asda they would cost you £12
in tesco they would cost you 2 lots of 4 for £5 = £10 + £1.89 which is £11.89 so tesco would be cheaper no dtd
so need to buy only 3
