I went to my local tesco metro this evening and came away with.............nothing:rotfl:
I wanted to buy the dishwasher tablets (which they had) but they had nothing else on the list I had made to use my £20 voucher. I tried to improvise but couldn't get my head round it so gave up!
does anyone else find it hard to make a list using a £20 voucher and the dishwasher tablets?saving for ds2's summer international scout camp - £200

Perhaps they are actually employing somebody now to view the DTD vouchers being issued and look at individual products?
If they had any common sense they would be doing exactly that!!0 -
I had the email from a receipt dated 31/03/11 it let me input a few days later on a dif email address but still no voucher still says processing and I check everyday just in case! Reckon it's gone forever!
From what I gather receipts can only be entered up to 28 days later so waiting 30 days wouldn't give u a voucher more like a receipt invalid out of date email. HthLove your Mum, you'll never get another one when she's gone.0 -

Just wondering if anybody knows what happens if you you put in the right receipt number but the wrong time? i put 20.13 instead of 20.18:o...... And i was so chuffed with myself for getting the maths right tonight:T
Thank you once again for all the hardwork you are all putting in to this :A x
Input the right details again(it will be like a different receipt) but remember to check to other one out in case it will have to be deducted from your 100/month hth0 -
Does anyone have a pic of the right lamb again and it is the whole leg only, right? Does it have to be a certain weight?0

To get customers flocking to them with devotion,
We'll compare all your baskets to Asda, they said
And if we're too dear give you double the bread.
So the promo began with trumpets and fanfare,
The posters were printed and hung with great care
Proud of their fabulous ingenios idea,
The bosses waited for their profits to appear.
Mse were quick to take up the cause
Cheaper than asda? Are you really sure?
We'll use your price checker and see what we find
Oh look here's some 'free' Turners wine!
And racks of finest lamb from you?
Well really, for free, don't mind if I do!
I'd love some goose fat roast poatoes
if you throw in some beef I'll let everyone know!
well this isn't quite what Tesco had in mind
so they started to remove all the signs.
They moniotored e-mails and in a deperate bid
capped the vouchers at twenty quid.
Nae problemo their followers said
we'll split our shops in two instead
then we can still reap the full benefit
and you can pat us on the back for all our wit!
Well the boss had no option but to agree,
the promotion is so successful you see,
'Customers are flocking through the door
we have the market share like never before!
'never mind that profits might not be soaring,
accountancy and figures, well that's just boring!
The people are here, shopping with us,
for themselvelves, their nan and great uncle Gus!
Yes really the promo's a great success,
For Gladys and Helga and even Stebiz!
Now camera stop rolling, I'm really tired
Head of IT, You're FIRED!'
Brillant thanks...put a big smile on my face.:TClearly they [Tesco] found it hard to make a promise they couldn't keep." Asda Spokesperson.
I say Tesco found it EASY to make promises it still cannot keep.0 -
