All of my new receipts have been written over by cs. I asked what it all meant as it was illegible, she said it was so I wasn't given cash refund if I returned anything. I have since used some of these for further dtd with no issue, thus far!

Hope I haven't got issues confused!

any other normal receipts dont mention clubcard exchange at the top, it may just have been the till as I actually paid for these at the customer services/kiosk
I only used my clubcard vouchers so I could get another receipt to recycle.

We got Dtd doing this

yeah definitely. it would be interesting to see, once the smoke clears in whenever weeks/months time this is all over just what is made of everything, how much theyve lost (if anything in the extra traffic) and how many free cups of coffee i'll have for rest of the year!.. i think it has to be the biggest grabbit ive ever seen on here and im assuming the most popular right?
