the my-5 fruit shoots arent on offer anymore at asda, i got caught with those as well as they were def 2 for £2 yesterday but i think you just have to let it lie as cs will just quote the t&c at you stating that they wont get into a descussion abt what works & what doesnt. sorry

I used a DTD voucher today on self serv, was only for £7odd but the lady looking after the self serves had to input something to get it to go thru but all very nice, she even put my shopping thru for me and packed it seem to be getting all the nice SAs espec when i waddle up with a big baby bump they cant do enough for you.

I think its some stores policy to manually authorise coupons. I spent one for £9.78 which did not need to be authorised yet in another store £5.42 did need authorisation.

just noticed the first post has email addresses so will use those

Personally I wouldn't bring it to their attention as it is only a couple of pounds. Some people have lost over £20 or so on legs of lamb, beef or pork that didn't work. Best to just take it on the chin and move on - BUT it is up to you.............
  • First post, been so delighted by recent events that I had to say a big thankyou to everyone!

    Just a note:

2 tins of the John West 130g No Drain Tuna in Sunflower Oil came as N/A today. I read that the 130g tins were matched on a previous thread but it didn't work for me.

No racks of lamb left in North Wales either. They're flying off the shelves nationwide.
  • Grrrrrr busy morning here. Just checked my voucher.

    disappointed to see

2 x J/WEST NO DRAIN TUNA STEAK IN OIL 3X130G

    come back as N/A

we all can find it on Mr A website.... Cost me some voucher refund!!!!

Off to buy more dishwasher tabs to make up for it.

Hope your all having more luck than me

    regards

I say Tesco found it EASY to make promises it still cannot keep.
