sorry to be hassling guys, but can anyone help. do i just email normal customer services or is there a better email to use?

I would just let it lie - don't think anyone has had any success with querying it with head office. They do tend to make up their own rules. I have missed out a couple of times where I know the price is definately cheaper at asda (treasure eggs spring to mind) but I dont want to put myself on the radar.

Buy some dishwasher tablets - make you feel better :D
