This happened to me - they appear to have converted the weight to lbs and put as kgs then timesed it by £ per lb (£4.09)! Another one I got went through as DTD! Best one was yesterday - sel £3.99 per kg, lamb label £8.98 per kg. £21.71 cost. Refunded £24.13 by CS, I smiled and said Thanks very much. She replied that it always tastes nicer if it's free and now why don't I treat myself to their roast potatoes and mint sauce!! How I kept a straight face - I don't know!!
