    nope cant track it..

person a goes to the checkout and gives £20 dtd voucher and gets a new receipt

person b goes to the checkout and gives £20 voucher and gets a new receipt.

in the office at night cashing up thers 2 dtd vouchers but no way to tell which voucher gave which new receipt..

therefore when the new receipts are entered into the link there relying on the same email being used to link...

slightly confused....i submitted my voucher which has my unique time and place which is linked to my email....

so when i generated a new receipt and payed with my DTD then when i submit my receipt for today then T can see which email address is linked to it right? and they can link the new DTD receipt wit hthe submitted one.

    Is that right in thinking??

that unique time and place dont then tell the system the number of the new receipt..

so if you use a new email on the new receipt they cant link it

One disadvantage of the price check is that I have found myself eating far more chocolate since its started.

Had a bit of trouble today...........

Went in with my voucher for £16.xx, shopped sa called supervisor to authorise my voucher, "oh the numbers are different on the bottom i'll have to ring head office" 30 long mins later stood at the desk with my daughter told head office said not to accept it, for me to go back and reinput the reciept, "I cant do that its fraud" i say. they say its ok as long as its nto redeemed already, so I explain to supervisor and now shift manager that there is a problem with the numbers that is already known, they still maintain i can't use it. I said can i speak to head office, sure they say 5 mins talking later i ask where is the call to head office, "no i said you could ring them" she said "i didnt realsie you meant us to ring them for you to speak to you should be more clear" so I ask again in a "clearer" way, got passed pillar to post on the phone the 4th person took my receipt details checked advised they we £8.xx dearer and i should have a voucher for £16.xx which i did, passed phone to supervisor 1 min later voucher put through with appology, total time waiting to sort 45mins grrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

Message for the day ...stick to your guns!!

What numbers are different on the bottom? the print out voucher shoudl match with original receipt. Or am i gettng mixed up...?

Good going sticking to your guns! i would have quivered....

1 digit missing and time reverted to 12 hour instead of 24hr apparently a well known problem :(

1 X TESCO FRESH LAMBWHOLE LEG (6.702KG)
    T £20.06 A £33.51

This was the NZ Lamb - oh well, you win some you loose some :(

I paid £20.06 for it and it weighed 2.234Kg

Sorry your lamb didn't work, that's really unfair.

Any chance of the first 6 digits of the barcode - just wondered if we can work out why most are working but a few are coming up with the wrong weight

Yes, people will do what they do no matter who says what on here but at the end of the day that's what got the £100 a month £20 limits brought in :( and, if people carry on doing numerous shops per day it will eventually get this offer completely pulled for everyone...

If I'd said that I'd rightly be called a sad old fart, but since it was you, how about you cheer up a bit?
