The landline calls will come out of your unlimited landline allowance and your 100 minutes will be used on Mobile calls. I don't believe there are limits on the landline calls however fair usage will apply which you can see on the T-Mobile website.

I have never had any problems with T-Mobile's 'unlimited' deals - I have 500 text messages included in my contract and also the free bolt on of unlimited text messages - My allowance of 500 always remains the same when i view my online bill as they are taking the allowance from my unlimited text allowance if that makes sense?:rotfl:

Makes perfect sense thanks very much .

So can you help me ( I don't use my phone that much) if I were to take the 100 mins phone time and 100 texts and then take the additional texts option it would really be just £6 a month?

Yes the price plan is for £6 in total per month - And you can change your optional extra (Unlimited text, Unlimited landline etc,) every 30 days if you wish.

Thanks for clarifying that, if I can keep my number I'm going to do it!

You should have no problems keeping your number - Just request your PAC from your current supplier. Somebody else in this thread done the same thing and said it was easy enough - Think it's mentioned on the first page:)

I have done the maths and the deal I mentioned above is actually even better if you go via topcashback where they're offering £80.80 for sim only deals. take that off the total for the year you'd pay on the above plan (183.84), then divide by 12 (months of the year), giving you £8.59pm as opposed to £10 via Chitter Chatter (CC).

So unless you can get cashback on CC sales, for sim-only at least anyway, go via Topcashback - v good reviews too re tracking!

I was thinking about this deal or the £10 Giff Gaff one.

However upon phoning Orange as I was in the last month of my contract they offered me the same as the £6 T Mobile deal with the internet option for £5 (although not sure if this includes VAT or not).

Tried to do this deal online (via TCB) but once on t-mobile's site it seems they don't allow you to transfer a T-mobile PAYG sim to a 30-day rolling contract one online, you can only do it over the phone. Never used to be the case. CC however appear to let you transfer the PAYG sim to 30-day as it has those options on the site (which t-mobile used to have actually - anyone know why they've taken it off?), so will be going with them.
