Broken shower holder?

My rather heavy-handed OH has managed to break the shower head golder on our shower. It is a plastic 'ring' type thing that is attached to the riser that fits onto the rise rail. The shower head 'sits' inside the ring - or rather it did before the ring broke in two.

I have had a look in the usual DIY stores, but they only seem to sell the full riser/shower kit. I don't even know how I could just replace the rising piece if I could get one as I have no idea how the whole thing fits together.

Is it possible to glue the broken piece in some way? If not, any ideas for easy and cheap replacement much appreciated?!

Ours is probably a different design, it's more of a U-shape within a holder on the riser ... but I successfully superglue'd it back together! I then strapped it with sellotape and hair bungies (yep, use anything to hand) to hold it together while it set. It's lasted a month now, so I think I did it right!
