Look at the first post of the mystery shopping thread, but don't think you'll make a fortune from it.
Try Retail Eyes & Gap as a good 'starter' company0 -
-10 points for lack of observational skills

They mean the company where your assignment is.
Gapbuster are popular ms company, you would do you assignments at a company like a bank or fast food outlet.0 -
Hi. I honestly would not bother with Mystery Shopping. I was with STORECHECKERS, RETAIL EYES and some other one. I am not kidding, it's a waste of your time overall.
You may get a key cut for free. Your may get a £2.99 burger from a bar. You might even get a bag of food for a cat from a pet superstore.
On top of that you get £8 and maybe £1.50 in petrol. It's crap.
Anyone I speak to goes "OMG - I would love to do that"
The reality is, you are doing too much for the poor rate of pay.
Hope that helps someone.0 -
In the pinned thread at the top of this forum the first post lists all the companies that do Msing.
I have only done a few jobs for about 4 different companies, none of them have paid well at all and only one was advantageous to me (a phone shop one as I was looking for a new phone) so tbh if you want to make extra money it isn't worth it imo. If you live or work in a big city then you could do jobs on your way to from or in your lunch hour but it doesn't really work fo me now as a lot of them I can't take my LO.Squirrelling away in September No 33It's not about the money, it's about financial freedom, being in control of it and living in the natural world and not a material world0 -
I have been doing mystery shopping since February. Most jobs don't pay much but occasionally I do make an all right amount. You do sometimes need to be able to do the work at set times, which can be difficult. But I mostly enjoy it.0

I do mystery shopping and get paid £10 for each assignment which is usually at a bank or building society and normally takes less than 10 mins.0
