Well i have had alot of problems with my lloyds tsb bank account so i opened a new account with RBS and changed my bank details with work on 30th March 2011 on the form it stated that they need four days notice before the payroll is run. Not to mention that unless it's your supervisor who would change your bank details, you need to allow time for it to get from your supervisor to whoever makes the change. You know when your supervisor received the information: you don't know when the person who actually makes the change received it and acted on it (and it's worth checking it HAS now been acted on!)
