Could a kindly soul help out please.I can`t find the way to lengthen the duration of the ringtone on my new mobile.At present it rings for about 10 seconds and then goes to voice mail.

I do not think it's your ringtone thats the problem! I think 10 seconds for voicemail to cut in is about average. Personally I hate voice mail, the person calling you pays to leave you a message and most of the time you have to pay to listen to it. If you do not need it then a check in the instruction manual should show you how to cancel it, if not contact customer servces.0
