Just to make members aware of a wee shop in Renfrew that sells many old fashioned sweets by mail order. Chelsea Whoppers, MB bars etc. They even sell the modern equivalent of Creamola Foam. The owners are very friendly, helpful and reliable. Allmarks is the shop name, try a search. Posting this as a satisfied customer that gets old fashioned sweets with an old fashioned service.

I looked at the website and apparently it is only 5 minutes from Glasgow.

You can tell a lot about a woman by her hands..........for instance, if they are placed around your throat, she's probably slightly upset.

Please excuse my enthusiasm, I thought that one of the aims of this site was to promote and highlight good customer service and traders, amongst other matters. Apologies if it's not. New member or not, everyone has to start somewhere. 5 posts now if anyone is counting, I don't. They will also send to armed forces for free with a BFPO address in Afghanistan. And, yes there are many other suppliers out there, I've just not used them yet!0

So did I. Thank you, from me at least, for taking the time to post about the good service.“That old law about 'an eye for an eye' leaves everybody blind. The time is always right to do the right thing.”0 -
