New landlord requirements

Hi all
Wonder if anyone can give me some advice... I'm about to start renting out my house privately. I know that I need a Gas certificate, Electrical Certificate and Energy Performance certificate. I have somebody coming to look inspect the Gas next week, and I have Electrical Certificate and Energy Performance certificate from 2007 when I originally bought my house. Can anybody tell me whether these are up to date enough (4 years ago)? Would appreciate any advice as I am new to being a landlord.
Thanks so much in advance!!
