Postman keeps dumping mail in the stairwell of flat

As per the title, my postie keeps doing this. I have complained about it before but obviously nothing was said to him about it, or it was and he is doing it anyway. 5 mins ago one of my neighbours came to my door with 2 books I had ordered for my OU course from Amazon, she said she had found them sitting on the stairs and the box lying beside them all ripped open. I had no card through my door to indicate delivery had been attempted, so if she hadnt come to the door with them, god knows where they would have ended up.

Last week a huge pile of mail was dumped in the stairwell, including mail for me containing important private documents. Its ridiculous, he is obviously managing to get into the front entry door, but instead of walking up 2 small flights of stairs, (there are only 4 flats in my block), just dumps it wherever he pleases. Im so angry :mad:
