I've had a request from someone in Spain for postage details to mainland Spain, I haven't selected the option for international/worldwide postage, is that something that can be changed when the invoice is sent or should I decline the query?

If the item is easy to post, weigh it and tell them the postage costs. If its an expensive item send it insured,
If you don't want to sell abroad make sure you have blocked foreign bidders from actually bidding. Then tell the customer, sorry, I do not ship to Spain, UK only,

How would I know if I had blocked foreign bidders? The P&P details does state: Postage to: United Kingdom and doesn't give an option for other countries.

You can go to exemption list to check which kind of buyers you have blocked. Normally if you have blocked certain buyers, they will email you and ask why? and whether they can be exempt. Postage to Spain normally ok, royalmail is quite cheap to do so,0
