Anyone else having problems?
My mum has just switched to them and all was working fine until today when she can only get incoming calls not outgoing calls. I've rung Talk talk for advice but it just says our systems are down please call back in 48 hours :eek:
It makes me laugh that when you want to discuss a fault they put you onto their automated service and as you to run checks on your lie, how the whatsit are you supposed to do that when you can't make an outgoing call????:rotfl:

Well with mum it's the phone as we haven't got the broadband up and running yet....We were caught out by their early switching date! lol

Incredible.I've rung Talk talk for advice but it just says our systems are down please call back in 48 hoursTime has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0
