Noodles: 217 cals, 1g sugar, 1g fat
Spaghetti: 265 cals, 2g sugar, 1g fat
So I suppose they're no worse than pasta (which I would consider to be ok healthywise)... just gotta make sure I put lots of lovely veg in with them too!
I agree with this one.
For the health conscious go a wholewheat or rice noodle. Take care with the salt and sugar content or you flavourings/toppings and have this carb dish as a lunch rather than dinner to allow you time to burn off the energy the carbs give you. You need the carbs during the afternoon to fuel you through the rest of your day and can have an evening meal that's lighter on the carbs and focuses more on protein and veg.

When I first read the title I thought "Who the heck would want the recipy for a Pot Poodle?!"...I was just thinking there, you could make a noodle soup by combining some of them noodles with a sachet of cup a soup for another variation,or just use a stock cube & add some frozen veg to the hot water at the same time as the noodles.......0
