Orange 'gift'

Hi

I have been with Orange for 9 years apparently, I know this because I was sent a text saying that because of this I was being awarded a 'gift' 50 free texts for a month, unlimited internet access, or £5 free credit.

I opted for the £5 free credit, and was supposed to be awarded within 24 hours. Had text to say that my update had been done, but according to Orange shop that still meant waiting for 24 hours after I'd texted before receiving my credit - Im still waiting..... :mad:

Has anyone else had this problem, and should I go back to the Orange shop where I went the other day to say about it?
