Sorry, bit confused here perhaps someone can help?

I am currently on contribution based JSA (since 1st December) - looking at the BR info it lists income based JSA as a reson for some of the fees being reduced (waived?) - what about contribution based JSA?

How much would I have to pay to put in a BR application please?

Thanks a lot
Bankruptcy fees consist of a £140 court fee and a £250 deposit to help meet the Official Receiver's costs. The deposit will rise to £310 in April when new rules come in to make it quicker to discharge bankrupts
So the total is now 310 + 140 = 450?
And possibly expempt from the 140 so £310?

Is the above correct?

or is the below correct?
The court will not consider your bankruptcy petition if you can’t pay the bankruptcy fees. These fees are:
  • £450 to cover the cost of managing your bankruptcy
  • £150 to cover your court costs, you may not have to pay this fee if you are on income support - court staff can advise you
